Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Appling County Pirates (Baxley, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 7. Toombs County will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Pirates come into the battle with a 16-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA).
