North Carolina High School Soccer - Robinson nudges Union Academy
October 5, 2022: Concord, NC 28027 Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC), 2-1 in a league outing.
With the win, Robinson moves its record to 14-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Carolina International (Concord, NC) to battle the Comets in a non-league outing on Monday, October 10. The Comets go into the outing with a record of 0-11. Carolina International lost 5-0 in their recent league outing against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC)
In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC) in a Yadkin Valley 1A/2A outing, on Monday, October 10. Union Academy will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 12-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC).
