October 5, 2023: Millersburg, OH 44654 The West Holmes Knights football squad scored 40 points and limited the visiting Ashland Arrows to 0 in the Knights non-league win on Thursday.
The Knights (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH). The Quakers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, New Philadelphia trounced Lexington (Lexington, OH), 50-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Arrows now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wooster for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12. Ashland will meet a Generals team coming off a 38-6 non-league loss to Tallmadge (Tallmadge, OH). The Generals record now stands at 1-7.
