October 5, 2023: Beachwood, OH 44122 South Rebels (Willoughby, OH) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Beachwood Bison (Beachwood, OH), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rebels face the Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix (Willoughby, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 7. South will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Phoenix enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Hawken (Gates Mills, OH).
The Bison now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Tallmadge for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 7. Beachwood will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Roosevelt (Kent, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-7.
