October 5, 2023: Smyrna, GA 30080 In Thursday's non-league game, the Campbell Spartans (Smyrna, GA) football team knocked off the visiting Wheeler Wildcats (Marietta, GA), by a final score of 24-13.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their game against North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, North Cobb topped Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA), 56-7, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Pebblebrook Falcons (Mableton, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 12. Wheeler will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 18-6 non-league loss to Osborne (Marietta, GA).
