October 5, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28144 The East Davidson Golden Eagles football team (Thomasville, NC), was ripped 48-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Salisbury Hornets (Salisbury, NC)
The Hornets (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lexington (Lexington, NC). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Lexington was ripped by West Davidson (Lexington, NC), 35-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Davidson for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12. East Davidson will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Thomasville (Thomasville, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-4.
