Georgia High School Softball - Westfield School bounces Strong Rock Christian
October 5, 2023: Perry, GA 31069 The Westfield School Hornets routed the visiting Strong Rock Christian Patriots softball squad by a count of 10-2 in Thursday's league battle.
The Hornets (22-3) will now prepare for their battle against George Walton Academy (Monroe, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 18-3 record. In their last battle, George Walton Academy topped Alcovy (Covington, GA), 9-3, in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now sport a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a GIAA 5AAA battle on Friday, October 6. Strong Rock Christian will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 8-3 league loss to Brookstone (Columbus, GA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-10.
