North Carolina High School Volleyball - Western Alamance over Cedar Ridge

The Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Western Alamance upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The Warriors travel to Person (Roxboro, NC) to face the Rockets in a Central 3A outing on Tuesday, October 10. The Rockets go into the outing with a record of 9-8. Person won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)

The Fighting Red Wolves now own a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Cary Crowns for a non-league outing on Monday, October 9. Cedar Ridge will face a Crowns squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC). The Crowns record now stands at 18-2.
