October 5, 2023: , The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Cristo Rey Research Triangle Bulls (Durham, NC) and the host Varsity Opponent (, ), saw Cristo Rey Research Triangle's volleyball squad nip Varsity Opponent by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Cristo Rey Research Triangle upgrades its record to 1-7 on the year. The Bulls travel to Carolina Friends (Durham, NC) to play the Quakers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. The Quakers go into the bout with a record of 2-8.
