October 5, 2023: North Haledon, NJ 07508 The Passaic Valley Hornets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Eastern Christian Eagles to 0 in the Hornets non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hornets now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyndhurst for a non-league game on Thursday, October 5. Passaic Valley will meet a Golden Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Palisades Park (Palisades Park, NJ). The Golden Bears record now stands at 10-3.
The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Cutters enter the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Fair Lawn gained a win over Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
