October 5, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95829 The Sheldon Huskies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Elk Grove Thundering Herd to 1 in the Huskies league victory on Thursday.
The Huskies now have a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pleasant Grove for a Delta League game on Thursday, October 12. Sheldon will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over St. Francis (Sacramento, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 17-11.
The Thundering Herd (12-12) will now prepare for their game against Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Wolfpack enter the Delta League game with a 7-17 record. In their last game, Cosumnes Oaks gained a win over Dinuba (Dinuba, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
