Delaware High School Volleyball - Red Lion Christian Academy can't hold off Wilmington Christian
October 5, 2023: Bear, DE 19701 In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Wilmington Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Red Lion Christian Academy Lions.
The Warriors (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE). The Hillers come into the Independent Schools battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Tower Hill nudged St. Andrew's (Middletown, DE), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Lions encounter the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks (Wilmington, DE) in a Diamond State battle, on Saturday, October 7. Red Lion Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Seahawks come into the battle with a 3-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE).
