October 5, 2024: Mequon, WI 53092 Kimberly Papermakers (Kimberly, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Kimberly improves its record to 28-4 on the season. The Papermakers host Notre Dame Academy (Green Bay, WI) to face the Tritons in a Fox Valley test on Tuesday, October 8. The Tritons go into the test with a record of 3-1.
The Highlanders now own a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Appleton North for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. Homestead will face a Lightning squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Kaukauna (Kaukauna, WI). The Lightning record now stands at 7-3.
