October 5, 2024: Louisville, KY 40207 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the St. Xavier Bombers (Cincinnati, OH) and the host Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY), witnessed St. Xavier's football squad knock off Trinity by a tally of 17-7.
The Bombers (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against La Salle (Cincinnati, OH). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, La Salle was toppled by Lakota West (West Chester, OH), 30-6, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Shamrocks battle the Ballard Bruins (Louisville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 10. Trinity will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bruins enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to St. Xavier (Louisville, KY).
