The Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO) volleyball knocked off the host Union Wildcats (Union, MO), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Crusaders now possess a 22-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hickman for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5.

With the loss, Union drops to 0-1 on the campaign.

Match Summary

In the Qtr. Final match, the Helias Lady Sader's would face the Union Lady Wildcats. It would be a test early in both sets for the Lady Sader's as the 1st set would be even at 10-10 before Helias would break out to a 18-11 lead. Helias would go on to finish out the set for a 25-15 win. In the second set things would stay close at 9-8 before Helias would take off again for a 15-11 lead. Then go up 22-13 before finishing out the set 25-17 for the match victory.
