Missouri High School Softball - Northeast bounces Belle
October 5, 2024: Belle, MO 65013 The Northeast Bearcats softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Belle Tigers to 2 in the Bearcats non-league win on Saturday.
The Bearcats now possess a 21-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Plata for a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. Northeast will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 12-2 league win over Atlanta (Atlanta, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-5.
With the loss, Belle moves to 15-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Dixon (Dixon, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 9-7. Dixon won 13-1 in their recent league battle against Cuba (Cuba, MO)
