Louisiana High School Volleyball - Hanson Memorial tips Booker T. Washington
October 5, 2024: Franklin, LA 70538 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hanson Memorial Tigers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Booker T. Washington Lions.
The Tigers (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against East Jefferson (Metairie, LA). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 7-13 record. In their last contest, East Jefferson got by Ecole Classique (Metairie, LA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Lions battle the Young Audiences Yacs (Gretna, LA) in a Division III District 9 contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Booker T. Washington will attempt to move on its 6-19 season record. The Yacs enter the contest with a 5-9 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA).
