October 5, 2024: Cherokee, AL 35616 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Cherokee Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Colbert County Indians.
The Indians (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Tharptown (Russellville, AL). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-21 record.
Next, the Indians meet the Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) in a 3A Area 15 challenge, on Monday, October 7. Colbert County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 15-15 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Red Bay (Red Bay, AL).
