October 5, 2024: Solon, IA 52333 The Solon Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels to 0 in the Spartans league triumph on Saturday.
The Spartans now possess a 19-10 record. They play next when they host Independence for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. Solon will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 league win over Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 16-15.
With the loss, Gladbrook-Reinbeck drops to 15-13 on the campaign. The Rebels host Denver (Denver, IA) to play the Cyclones in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8.
