In Wednesday's league contest, the Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Huskies face the Philip Barbour Colts (Philippi, WV) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 7. Hoover will attempt to better on its 19-2 season record. The Colts go into the contest with a 24-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cabell Midland (Ona, WV).
