In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Adams Central Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Holdrege Dusters.

The Patriots (17-6) will now prepare for their battle against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-22 record. In their last battle, Fillmore Central lost by Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE), 2-1, in a league battle.
