Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Bishop Carroll can't hold off Central

In Thursday's league battle, the host Central Dragons volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Bishop Carroll Huskies.

The Dragons (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Lions come into the Laurel Highlands 2 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Chestnut Ridge was edged by Bedford (Bedford, PA), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Huskies encounter the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands 2 battle, on Monday, October 10. Bishop Carroll will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Bisons come into the battle with a 10-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA).
