California High School Volleyball - Rancho Mirage routed by Palm Desert
October 6, 2022: Palm Desert, CA 92260 The Palm Desert Aztecs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Rancho Mirage Rattlers to 0 in the Aztecs league victory on Thursday.
The Aztecs now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Joaquin Memorial for a non-league game on Friday, October 7. Palm Desert will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Madera (Madera, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-7.
The Rattlers (5-15) will now prepare for their game against La Quinta (La Quinta, CA). The Blackhawks enter the Desert Empire game with a 7-13 record. In their last game, La Quinta defeated Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA), 3-0, in a league outing.
