North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Ayden - Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC), 36-30 in a league test.

With the win, North Pitt improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Panthers host Washington (Washington, NC) to confront the Pam Pack in a Eastern Plains 2A test on Friday, October 13. The Pam Pack go into the test with a record of 2-5. Washington lost 30-20 in their recent league test against Greene Central (Snow Hill, NC)
