Lone Grove Longhorns (Lone Grove, OK) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Plainview Indians (Ardmore, OK), 34-28 in a league test.

With the triumph, Lone Grove improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Sulphur (Sulphur, OK) to battle the Bulldogs in a 3A District 2 test on Thursday, October 12. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-2. Sulphur won 37-7 in their recent league test against Pauls Valley (Pauls Valley, OK)

With the loss, Plainview drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Pauls Valley (Pauls Valley, OK) to battle the Panthers in a 3A District 2 test on Thursday, October 12.
