October 6, 2023: Medina, TX 78055 In Friday's league match, the host Medina Bobcats football squad scored a big 58-13 victory over the Prairie Lea Indians.
In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX) in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 16 (6 Man) match, on Thursday, October 12. Medina will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 60-22 non-league loss to Irion County (Mertzon, TX).
The Indians (2-4) will now prepare for their match against McDade (McDade, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 16 (6 Man) match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, McDade was crushed by Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX), 48-0, in a league match.
