North Carolina High School Football - Nash Central drops to Northern Nash

October 6, 2023: Rocky Mount, NC 27804

In Friday's league game, the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) football team knocked off the visiting Nash Central Bulldogs (Rocky Mount, NC), by a final score of 49-26.

The Knights (7-0) will now prepare for their game against Franklinton (Franklinton, NC). The Rams come into the 2A/3A Big East game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Franklinton toppled Bunn (Bunn, NC), 31-9, in a league game.

The Bulldogs now hold a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bunn for a 2A/3A Big East game on Friday, October 13. Nash Central will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 68-7 league loss to Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-5.
