October 6, 2023: Fairfax, OK 74637 Woodland Cougars (Fairfax, OK) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Pawnee Black Bears (Pawnee, OK), 26-6 in a league test.
With the triumph, Woodland improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Oklahoma Union (South Coffeyville, OK) to battle the Cougars in a A District 5 test on Thursday, October 12. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 0-7. Oklahoma Union lost 43-0 in their recent league test against Tonkawa (Tonkawa, OK)
With the loss, Pawnee drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Black bears host Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK) to battle the Wildcats in a A District 5 test on Thursday, October 12. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-4. Chouteau-Mazie won 20-0 in their recent league test against Chelsea (Chelsea, OK)
