The Poly Bears football squad scored 24 points and restricted the host Rancho Christian Eagles to 21 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Bears now possess a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeside for a Sunbelt battle on Thursday, October 12. Poly will play a Lancers squad coming off a 33-9 non-league loss to Valley View (Moreno Valley, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 0-7.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) in a Inland Valley battle, on Friday, October 13. Rancho Christian will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 10-7 league win over Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA).
