Pennsylvania High School Football - Wissahickon topples Upper Moreland

October 6, 2023: Willow Grove, PA 19090

The Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA) football defeated the host Upper Moreland Bears (Willow Grove, PA), 28-20 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans face the William Tennent Panthers (Warminster, PA) in a Suburban One - American bout, on Friday, October 13. Wissahickon will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 49-7 league loss to Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA).

The Bears (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Panthers enter the Suburban One - American bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Cheltenham defeated Springfield Township (Erdenheim, PA), 26-19, in a league bout.
