New Jersey High School Soccer - Carteret knocks off Bayonne
October 6, 2023: Carteret, NJ 07008 Carteret Ramblers (Carteret, NJ) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bayonne Bees (Bayonne, NJ), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Ramblers confront the Spotswood Chargers (Spotswood, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Blue challenge, on Monday, October 9. Carteret will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 4-1 league win over Kennedy Memorial (Iselin, NJ).
The Bees now possess a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoboken for a Hudson County - National challenge on Monday, October 9. Bayonne will confront a Redwings team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to North Bergen (North Bergen, NJ). The Redwings record now stands at 5-6.
