The Montgomery Aztecs topped the host Castle Park Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Aztecs now have a 9-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kearny for a non-league test on Friday, October 6. Montgomery will confront a Komets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lincoln (San Diego, CA). The Komets record now stands at 7-12.

The Trojans (3-18) will now prepare for their test against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA). The Foothillers enter the non-league test with a 13-8 record. In their last test, Grossmont gained a win over El Cajon Valley (El Cajon, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
