In Friday's league contest, the Friendship Christian Falcons (Raleigh, NC) volleyball squad nudged the visiting St. Thomas More Academy Chancellors (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Falcons face the Neuse Christian Academy Lions (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Raleigh contest, on Monday, October 9. Friendship Christian will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 8-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC).

With the loss, St. Thomas More Academy moves to 7-10 on the year. The Chancellors host Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC) to face the Lion in a non-league contest on Monday, October 9.
