The Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers prevailed the host Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Deaf Hoosiers now have a 22-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Texas School for the Deaf for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Indiana School for the Deaf will confront a Rangers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC). The Rangers record now stands at 18-18.
The Orioles (7-11) will now prepare for their test against California School for the Deaf (Fremont, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 10-8 record. In their last test, California School for the Deaf Florida School for the Deaf & Blind (St. Augustine, FL), 1-1, in a non-league test.
