New York High School Soccer - Brookfield Central toppled by Oxford Academy
October 6, 2025: Oxford, NY 13830 Oxford Academy Blackhawks (Oxford, NY) fans were in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Brookfield Central Beavers (Brookfield, NY), 7-0 in a non-league bout.
The Blackhawks now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Greene for a Midstate Athletic Conference bout on Tuesday, October 7. Oxford Academy will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Delaware Academy (Delhi, NY). The Trojans record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Brookfield Central moves to 1-7 on the year. The Beavers host Stockbridge Valley (Munnsville, NY) to play the Indians in a CCL bout on Wednesday, October 8. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-3.
