The Chicago University Maroons prevailed the visiting Woodlands Academy Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's league game.

Next up, the Maroons confront the Willows Academy Eagles (Des Plaines, IL) in a Independent bout, on Tuesday, October 7. Chicago University will attempt to better on its 9-8 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL).

With the loss, Woodlands Academy drops to 3-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a Independent bout on Tuesday, October 7.
