Alabama High School Football - Beauregard topples Elmore County
October 7, 2022: Eclectic, AL 36024 The Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) football defeated the host Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL), 31-20 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Central of Clay County Volunteers (Lineville, AL) in a 5A Region 4 bout, on Friday, October 14. Beauregard will attempt to advance on its 7-0 season record. The Volunteers enter the bout with a 5-2 record after their 48-7 league win over Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL).
The Panthers (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Valley (Valley, AL). The Rams enter the 5A Region 4 bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Valley lost by Tallassee (Tallassee, AL), 25-7, in a league bout.
