North Carolina High School Football - Cabarrus Stallions felled by Corvian Community

The Cabarrus Stallions Stallions football team (Kannapolis, NC), was knocked off 21-6 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC)

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Covenant Day (Matthews, NC). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Covenant Day was knocked off by Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC), 49-24, in a league challenge.

The Stallions now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Georgia Force Christian for a Pioneer challenge on Saturday, October 15. Cabarrus Stallions will meet a Blue Knights team coming off a 43-22 league win over South Carolina Spartans (Rock Hill, SC). The Blue Knights record now stands at 5-2.
