Arizona High School Football - Saguaro topples Desert Edge

October 7, 2022: Scottsdale, AZ 85250

The Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) football defeated the visiting Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ), 42-18 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Sabercats face the Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a 6A Northeast Valley bout, on Friday, October 21. Saguaro will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record.

The Scorpions (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Verrado (Buckeye, AZ). The Vipers enter the 5A Desert West bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Verrado defeated Yuma Catholic (Yuma, AZ), 28-18, in a non-league bout.
