The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) and the host Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA), observed Lambert's football squad defeat Forsyth Central by a count of 40-14.

The Longhorns now own a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to West Forsyth for a AAAAAAA Region 6 contest on Friday, October 14. Lambert will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 21-10 league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-3.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 contest, on Friday, October 14. Forsyth Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
