New Hampshire High School Football - Hanover drops to Souhegan
October 7, 2022: Amherst, NH 03031 In Friday's league game, the Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) football team knocked off the visiting Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH), by a final score of 28-6.
The Sabers (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH). The Cavaliers come into the Division II - West game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Hollis-Brookline was dropped by Milford (Milford, NH), 42-7, in a league game.
The Bears now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Manchester West for a Division II - West game on Friday, October 14. Hanover will battle a Blue Knights team coming off a 23-7 league loss to Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH). The Blue Knights record now stands at 1-5.
