California High School Football - Yosemite nips Riverdale

October 7, 2022: Oakhurst, CA 93644

In Friday's league match, the host Yosemite Badgers football squad scored a close 52-47 victory over the Riverdale Cowboys.

In their next game, the Badgers clash with the Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA) in a Northwest Sequoia match, on Friday, October 14. Yosemite will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Raiders enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 63-0 league win over Parlier (Parlier, CA).

The Cowboys (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Fowler (Fowler, CA). The Redcats enter the Northwest Sequoia match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Fowler held off Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA), 35-7, in a league match.
