New York High School Football - Commack defeats Patchogue-Medford
October 7, 2023: Commack, NY 11725 In Saturday's league match, the host Commack Cougars football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Patchogue-Medford Raiders.
With the triumph, Commack improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Walt Whitman (Huntington Station, NY) to confront the Wildcats in a Section 11 Division I test on Saturday, October 14. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 3-2. Walt Whitman won 17-7 in their recent league test against Sachem North (Lake Ronkonkoma, NY)
With the loss, Patchogue-Medford drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Raiders host Longwood (Middle Island, NY) to confront the Lions in a Section 11 Division I test on Friday, October 13. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-2. Longwood lost 21-0 in their recent league test against William Floyd (Mastic Beach, NY)
