October 7, 2023: Lake, MS 39092 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lake Hornets (Lake, MS) and the visiting Amite County Trojans (Liberty, MS), saw Lake's volleyball squad beat Amite County by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Lake upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Hornets host Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 10-14. Pelahatchie won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Richton (Richton, MS)
The Trojans now own a 1-17 record.
