October 7, 2023: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Resurrection Bandits (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Grenadiers battle the Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 7. Elk Grove will attempt to better on its 10-18 season record. The Sabres come into the contest with a 2-18 record after their 2-0 league loss to Aurora East (Aurora, IL).
With the loss, Resurrection drops to 6-19 on the campaign. The Bandits host Trinity (River Forest, IL) to battle the Blazers in a Girls Catholic (GCAC) contest on Tuesday, October 10. The Blazers come into the contest with a record of 9-14. Trinity lost 2-1 in their recent league contest against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL)
