October 7, 2023: Eugene, OR 97401 The Marist Spartans topped the visiting Warrenton Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Spartans now have a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Corbett for a non-league test on Saturday, October 7. Marist will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 league win over Riverdale (Portland, OR). The Cardinals record now stands at 11-2.
The Warriors (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Riverdale (Portland, OR). The Mavericks enter the 3A Coastal Range test with a 2-11 record. In their last test, Riverdale was knocked off by Rainier (Rainier, OR), 3-0, in a league test.
