October 7, 2024: Aurora, IL 60506 Fans at Monday's league battle between the Illinois Math & Science Academy Titans (Aurora, IL) and the visiting Serena Huskers (Serena, IL), saw Illinois Math & Science Academy's soccer squad hold off Serena by a count of 1-0.
The Titans (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Somonauk (Somonauk, IL). The Bobcats enter the Little Ten battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Somonauk tipped Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Huskers confront the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals (Hinckley, IL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 10. Serena will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Royals enter the battle with a 12-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Earlville (Earlville, IL).
