The Freeman Falcons (Adams, NE) softball routed the visiting Arlington Eagles (Arlington, NE), 7-2 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Falcons now sport a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Neumann for a C District outing on Monday, October 7. Freeman will encounter a Cavaliers team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Twin River (Genoa, NE). The Cavaliers record now stands at 25-3.

With the loss, Arlington moves to 12-18 on the season.
