The Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Granville Central Panthers to 0 in the Fighting Red Wolves non-league triumph on Monday.

The Fighting Red Wolves now have a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Williams for a Central 3A outing on Tuesday, October 8. Cedar Ridge will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Western Alamance (Elon, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, Granville Central drops to 3-14 on the campaign. The Panthers host J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC) to play the Warriors in a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A outing on Tuesday, October 8.
