October 7, 2024: Indian Head, MD 20640 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) and the visiting Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD), observed Lackey's volleyball team top Thomas Stone by a count of 3-0.
The Chargers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Chopticon (Morganza, MD). The Braves enter the Southern Maryland contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Chopticon notched a victory over North Point (Waldorf, MD), 3-1, in a league contest.
Next, the Cougars battle the Northern Patriots (Owings, MD) in a Southern Maryland contest, on Wednesday, October 9. Thomas Stone will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 7-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Westlake (Waldorf, MD).
